Billing questions
Everything you've already downloaded is yours to keep. After cancelling, new browser exports go back to the free 720p tier with the corner watermark. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period they roll over into.
When you export in HD for the first time after buying, the pass binds to that song's audio file. For the next 30 days you can re-export the same song as often as you like — tweak the style, fix a typo — without paying again.
Single HD gives you one clean 1080p format of one song. Release Kit covers the same song in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, up to 4K where your browser supports it, plus a Spotify Canvas — handy when you're launching a single everywhere at once.
Credit packs are valid for 12 months. Monthly subscription credits roll over once, so unused credits from one month are still available the next month, then expire.
Yearly billing for Creator ($96/year) and Pro ($240/year) is being finalised. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, so there's no lock-in while you wait.
